This post series is in collaboration with Tria. You
can read Part 1, here.
It’s
been a little over two month since my last Tria check-in, and I can already see
a change in my hair growth. I’ve been using the tool bi-weekly on my underarms and
bikini area. To prep, I start with Tria’s SmoothStart
Calming Gel. The SmoothStart Calming Gel features an Indian plant
extract with anti-inflammatory properties to help diminish the sensation of the
laser treatment. It keeps skin cool and comfortable for the best results. After
my first month of using, I saw over 50% in hair reduction. After two months of
treatment, hair regrowth is thinner and lighter.
What
I really love is how easy the treatments are. I’m always on the go and you only
need 10 minutes to treat desired areas. To use, you simply place the Tria Hair Removal Laser Precision on the desired location and laser technology targets the
pigment in the hair follicle. Follicles are eliminated and the hair begins to
fall out, leaving behind only smooth, soft skin.
How to use:
Step 1: Cleanse –Use a gentle exfoliator to rid skin of dead skin cells.
This will help the laser absorb better. Then completely shave the area you plan
to treat and dry.
Step 2: Prepare for laser treatment by applying SmoothStart Calming Gel
to skin.
Step 3: Choose your treatment level (3 comfort settings in total) and
begin placing and holding the laser tip on your skin.
Step 4: After each pulse, lift and place the tip in a new treatment
area.
…
and that’s it! The process is incredibly simple and the tool is so compact. It
can easily fit in any standard size handbag. I just booked a trip to Hawaii in
June and I don't plan on shaving. I trust my Tria will do the job. See you
soon, Maui!
The Tria Laser Precision is currently available in Dove Grey or
Pink Blossom. You can purchase at Sephora and Sephora.com. Retail price is $299.
