Alterna Stylist Summer Haircare Review

 

Summer "waves" is the one of the most sought after hair styles ever. Summer may be getting ready to go, but the warm days are still holding on in NYC. My summer hair routine included three products I'd happily rebuy. Alterna Summer Collection includes three essentials for gorgeous, sexy summer hair. The product line is designed to provide vital UV protection and help combat damaging effects of sun, pool & saltwater. Hair is left refreshed and beach ready.

 

Summer Ocean Waves ($20.00): This spray is lightweight and perfect for that "just back from the beach look."

Summer Sun Recovery Spray ($20.00): After spending a long, hot day in the sun, this spray is just what you need to restore moisturize and improve manageability of hair.

Summer Sun-Kissed Mist ($20.00): This was my favorite product of the line. This mist locked out humidity and tamed fly aways (yes, really) and left my hair looking shiny and healthy. It's formulated with Enzymetherapy and Color Hold, which extends the life of your hair color and protects against future damage.  Also, did I mention it smells delicious?

Rating: A+

I definitely believe this is a line worth trying out. I was most impressed with the length of time my hair stayed looking great. It's hard to find products that keep hair healthy during the summer months. From the delicious scent to the smooth texture, I was very happy with the results.
