I was given the amazing opportunity to attend New York Comic Con this October. I can't begin to tell you how excited I was and how much I've always dreamed of attending. I've been meaning to check this event out for years, but just never got around to it. It was even more exciting to attend as press for this blog and be given the opportunity at some fantastic pictures. For those of you who don't know what NYCC is, let me give you some background information.
New York Comic Con is the East Coast's largest popular culture event. It offers an array of booths showing off the latest and greatest in comics, graphic novels, anime, manga, video games, toys, movies, and television. NYCC offers panels and autograph sessions that give the attendees an opportunity to interact with their favorite creators. Also, screening rooms that feature sneak peeks at films and television shows months before they hit either big or small screens.

One of our favorite booths was the HI-CHEW booth. These delicious fruit chews are addicting. We always used to purchase them when we lived in Brooklyn. The Strawberry packs are the Mrs. favorites. We actually won a whole box for tweeting this picture on the brand's twitter page. Follow them here: @MorinagaHI_CHEW
