Vincent Longo Galaxy Dream Collection for Spring/Summer 2011 Review & Swatches Part 1

I was given the amazing opportunity to review Vincent Longo's NEW Galaxy Dream Collection for Spring/Summer 2011. I've heard of their products, but never had the opportunity to try them out. I recently announced this launch on my blog here. I was very curious to see how the eye shadows looked when actually swatched. I was ecstatic when I received this gorgeous package above. I received all of the eye shadows and lip glosses from this launch.

I have to say the eye shadows are STUNNING. I was on the fence about them because of the unique look. When swatched you can really see the color that was intended.

I received: Code 6 Pink, Novalei, Destiny Rose, Etherea, and Luna Beach. These colors are perfect for Spring/Summer. You can use them to achieve many desired looks.

Onto the Swatches:

"Destiny Rose shifts the springtime into outspace, combining a matter green, pink and lavender carpet with sparkling seeds of garnet, blue, silver and lavender for an ultramodern yet fresh look."

"Etherea evokes the mineral and metallic richesse of gold, bronze, and copper, with highlights in warm bursts of rich topaz on a palette of matter brown, for blends both earthy and otherwordly."

This color is the most gorgeous bronze!

"Luna Beach plays peacock with brown, grey and purple matte bases pressed with hot pink, electric blue and copper pearls that blend in texture and depth as they mix with flecks of gold and green"

"Code 6 Pink explores galactic centers with a playful shower of magenta and gold pressed throughout a cloud nebula of matte turquoise, antique rose and charcoal

This is my favorite of the collection (even though I love them all!) It's swatches as almost a pearl lavender color. You can, however, see small flecks of gold and pink. Beautiful!!

"Novalei looks forward with sophisticated silver sheen, combining deep purple, blue and silver accents of saturated glimmer across a matte palette of sophisticated grey-greens to lighter lavender-blues"

I definitely recommend these eye shadows to EVERYONE. They're easy to use and can be blended as desired. They're also long-wearing and the pigment is awesome. The possibilities are endless with this collection.
